These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jilli 1 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on Jilli 1, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on Jilli 1. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law. Valid government-issued ID is required for verification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted one Jilli 1 account only. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened on behalf of another person are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
Jilli 1 supports GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank transfers. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted under these Terms.
All bonuses and promotions on Jilli 1 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligibility conditions. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including multi-accounting or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilli 1 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify Jilli 1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Jilli 1 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, consistent with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

Jilli 1 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Jilli 1 may result in account suspension or closure.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Jilli 1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available on the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. VIP members may be eligible for higher transaction limits as part of their tier benefits.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Jilli 1 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name that matches your verified Jilli 1 account details. This requirement is non-negotiable and exists to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

All transactions on the Jilli 1 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the player's payment provider.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by Jilli 1 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Jilli 1 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account closure:
The Jilli 1 VIP Club operates under its own terms, which are published on the VIP Club page. VIP tier status, benefits, and cashback rates are determined at Jilli 1's sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
All games available on the Jilli 1 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, Jilli 1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. Jilli 1's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be payable in respect of a malfunction.
Sports betting on the Jilli 1 Bet section is subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance, odds changes, event cancellations, and settlement. These rules are published in the Bet section of the platform. Jilli 1 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by irregular betting patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jilli 1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Jilli 1 platform without prior written consent from Jilli 1.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jilli 1 shall not be liable for:

Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Jilli 1 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.

Jilli 1 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in all matters relating to the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
Jilli 1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jilli 1 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Jilli 1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Jilli 1 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent Jilli 1 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
